MLB GameDay LIVE is the signature program that airs on The MLB Channel & is simulcast on MLB Radio. The show offers complete coverage of all MLB games from 6:00 PM ET till 1:00 AM ET during the regular season. It's taped LIVE in Studio 3 of the MLB Channel's HQ in Secaucus, New Jersey, but also features segments taped in Studio 42. The program airs from the beginning of Spring Training to the end of the World Series & is replaced in the offseason by MLB Off-Season News

On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, MLB GameDay LIVE is divided into 3 different versions: MLB GameDay LIVE: Batting Practice from 6:00-8:00 PM ET, MLB GameDay LIVE: 1st to 4th from 8:00-10:00 PM ET & from 12:00-1:00 AM ET & MLB GameDay LIVE: The MLB ScoreBoard from 10:00 PM-12:00 AM ET.
On Thursdays, due to MLB Thursday Night, MLB GameDay LIVE, On-Deck airs prior to the game from 6:00-7:00 PM ET & then the regular lineup airs following the game. The same lineup appears on Saturday for MLB Saturday Night.
The program now airs on Sundays from 5:00-7:00 PM ET

- Inside Info: This is an interview segment with 1 of the Baseball Insiders
- Inside the Park: This segment features LIVE coverage of an ongoing game
- MLB GameDay Update: A brief update of an ongoing game, which includes a certain key play (such as a double play, a strikeout, a home run, etc.)
