The Fort Myers Daily News is a daily broadsheet newspaper located in Fort Myers, Florida serving primarily Lee County, as well as parts of Hendry, Collier & Charlotte Counties

The paper publishes several editions of it's "Local & State" (metro) section for suburban communities, including Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers & South Fort Myers. Further, special sections are published on the paper's Web site, including "Education", "Environment" & "Growth/Development".

The newspaper offers home delivery. Daily, Monday-Saturday & Sunday only are the home delivery choices & delivery is guaranteed by 6:00 AM on weekdays & 7:00 AM on weekends. The carriers are all independent contractors, who must use their own personal property for the job.

In 2008, The Fort Myers Daily News was the nation's 2nd heaviest newspaper on Thanksgiving, due to the enormous amount of advertisements.

The Fort Myers Daily News is owned by WMFL Corporation, which also owns The Naples Morning News
